Account Deletion
How to delete your account
Open Anycards, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes access to your cards, deck, purchases, currencies, and game history.
If you can no longer access the app, email support@anycards.app from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my Anycards account." We may ask for verification that you control the account.
What is deleted and what may be retained
We delete your account, private profile, email address, notification tokens, deck, card collection, and balances. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary, such as completed multiplayer game records visible to other players, purchase ledgers required for accounting and fraud prevention, and limited backup or security logs.
